Individual Counselling
Counselling can help when life feels heavy, confusing, or stuck. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up, and we’ll start from there.
What I support men with
- Divorce & family transitions — co-parenting, identity shifts, empty nest, rebuilding after separation
- Burnout & career transitions — overwork, exhaustion, loss of meaning, navigating a career change
- Relationship & communication — reconnecting with a partner, breaking blame-and-attack cycles, intimacy
- Finding purpose & direction — feeling stuck, aimless, or disconnected from what matters
- Coping patterns underneath it all — overwork, screens, alcohol, avoidance, and other ways of numbing out
- Grief, trauma, and emotional pain — including chronic pain or long-carried emotional weight
- Neurodiversity and focus challenges — living with ADHD or navigating different ways of thinking

Choose How You Want to Meet
In-Person, Linley Valley, Nanaimo
Some men find it easier to open up away from home and daily distractions—stepping into a private, neutral space lets you set everything else down for the hour. In-person sessions are available weekly or every other week, depending on your needs.
Online, Anywhere in BC
Online sessions work well if you’re outside Nanaimo, travelling, or just find it easier to talk from a familiar space. Same direct, grounded approach—just without the drive. Online scheduling is more flexible, including some evenings.
Not sure which is right for you? Most men land on a mix of both—start with whichever feels easier, and we can adjust as we go.
Let's explore what is happening with you.
