Supportive, one-on-one therapy for anyone navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or moments of feeling stuck.
I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in Nanaimo. I offer one-on-one therapy in person and online.
I work with people feeling anxious, burned out, dealing with past trauma, or struggling in relationships. Many of my clients are men looking for a place to speak honestly, without judgment, and where they feel supported and accepted.
My approach is calm, curious and practical. I will listen, offer insights, and help find approaches that work for you.
Therapy offers a safe place to talk about what is happening and explore what’s underneath. Whether you are managing anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, trauma or a general feeling of being stuck, therapy can help you process what you’re carrying, learn tools to manage it, and move forward with more care and clarity.
Sessions take place in my private office in Linley Valley, Nanaimo or online for clients across British Columbia. Choose what feels most suitable to your needs and comfort level.
My session fees follow the standards set by professional counselling associations. You will receive receipts for insurance if your plan covers Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC). A limited number of lower-cost spaces may be available.
We talk briefly over Zoom about what brings you to therapy and to see if the fit feels right.
We start by developing a goal for our work together—whether that’s stability, deeper understanding, coping with difficult emotions or something else important to you.
This is where the magic happens. Over time, you build insight, shift old patterns, and find steadiness in your life.
